Purchases

Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details and processes them under its own privacy notice; we never receive your full card details. Paddle shares with us what we need to deliver and support your order: your email address, country, the product and price, and order and transaction references.

Email

If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of support.

Service providers

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide what you ask for (our contract with you), to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

How long we keep it

Where it is stored

Our server is in the United States. If you live elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to support@tensorhunter.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights, such as to object to processing or to complain to your data protection authority. If we delete your license records, we can no longer recover or verify your license.
