Refund Policy
How refunds work
All our orders are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are processed by Paddle.
To request a refund, go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you used to buy, and choose “Request refund”. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Paddle will email you about the outcome. If you need help, write to support@tensorhunter.com; we reply within 2 business days.
This policy adds to your legal rights and does not reduce them. Paddle’s Refund Policy also applies; where it or the law where you live gives you more, the more generous terms apply.
EncorePad
- 14 days, for any reason. You can get a full refund of an EncorePad order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
- Whole orders only. A refund covers the whole order, including all of its license keys. We don’t offer partial refunds.
- You get the full amount back. We cover the payment processing fees; nothing is deducted from your refund.
- What happens to your licenses. Once an order is fully refunded, or if its payment is charged back, all license keys from that order are revoked. Each Mac using them returns to the free version at its next successful license check, and your layout stays as it was.
- Tax adjustments don’t affect your licenses. If only the tax on an order is refunded (for example, after you add a tax ID), or another partial adjustment is made, your license keys stay valid.
- If a request isn’t approved, your licenses are not affected.
- After 14 days, refunds are not available, except where the law requires them.
